A wonderful boutique hotel! - Mbano Manor Hotel is a very nice boutique hotel in an area of Victoria Falls that is all relatively new. The grounds are nicely landscaped with a natural feeling. The... read more rooms are spacious, but not expensively so. The mosquito netting over the beds is a very nice touch. The bathroom is relatively cramped and for a hotel that is only five years old, there was excessive wear, lack of maintenance, and, particularly in the showers, lack of thorough cleaning. We had one room where the air conditioning unit was not functioning well enough to cool the broom, and the hotel management made an attempt to repair it. When that was unsuccessful, they switched us to a different suite. The complementary breakfast was outstanding as was the service. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. The maintenance issues and lack of cleanliness in the showers prevented us from giving us otherwise fine hotel five stars.
