• Single rates are quoted in US Dollars on per person per night.
• Double rates are quoted in US Dollars on per room per night.
• Rates include tax and tourism levy.
• Rates subject to change.

CHILD POLICY

• This policy applies to all children from 0 up to and including 11 years old.
• Children 0 to 3 years are accommodated on a complimentary basis when sharing with 2 adults.
• Children 4 to 11 years (sharing room with adults) are accommodated at a child supplement per night.
• Children from 12 years and older are considered as adults and will therefore require their own room at the applicable rates.

PAYMENT TERMS

• A deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is due within 7 working days of booking to guarantee the reservation.
• The remaining balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival at the hotel.
• Please quote the reservation folio number and surname of party as a reference when payment is made.

CANCELLATIONS AND / OR BOOKING AMENDMENTS

• All cancellations must be given in writing to the Hotel by email to:

res@mbanomanorhotel.com and confirmed in writing by the Hotel.

• Kindly contact the Mbano Reservations Team to assist where possible with cancellations, amendments or postponements.
• The Hotel also reserves the right in circumstances where it is in the position to accept another confirmed reservation, to request full payment from the guest to confirm a held reservation within 72 hours of receipt of advice from the Hotel.
